USB Disk always readony

Hey,

We had a major crash on our file server and are using the bought R-TT CD. We see the files we want to recover form the RAID 5 set but are unable to write them to either a USB disk which is always marked as RO or connect to network either. We have a DELL Poweredge 2850.
Please can you help us out

Most likely the USB disk was previously incorrectly disconnected. Connect it to another computer and then, before disconnecting it, click Safely remove hardware on the right low corner on the task bar. That should help.
