When I rebooted my computer so R-Drive Image can do the restore process my mouse pointer is frozen on the screen. Is there a fix for this?

Do you mean that you rebooted into the startup mode? What is the computer and is the mouse connected directly or through a USB hub?

You have to restart your computer in order to restore it. Every time I'm using my wireless mouse the pointer is frozen. If I use a wired mouse then the pointer is not frozen.

Tech support was unable to fix this issue.

I reckon that the Linux kernel the startup version of R-Drive Image is based upon doesn't support this hardware.
