I think files at these locations should be removed.

Microsoft Edge
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\EdgeCoupons\coupons_data.db

Netflix
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\4DF9E0F8.Netflix_mcm4njqhnhss8\AppData\Indexed DB

This new build R-Wipe&Clean 20.0.2459 addresses this issue. Microsoft Edge -> Stored Coupons.
