I wonder if there are plans to add Arc browser traces cleaning to the R-Wipe & Clean.

As a relatively new browser, Arc might not yet be on the radar of many privacy cleaning tools.
It might take a while until cleaning tools are added

This new build R-Wipe&Clean 20.0.2470 has a new section: Arc browser.
