Something strange in Chrome

My browser settings contain different preferences for several websites.
When cleaning up the Google Chrome section in the R-Wipe & Clean, I usually didn't delete the tabs containing these preferences. However, starting last weekend, after cleaning the Google Chrome section in R-Wipe & Clean, all site preferences are reset.
I've been using the current version of R-Wipe & Clean since the beginning of last week, and everything was fine for a few days at first.
