I have a question with Extra found files?

R-Studio is scanning my drive and is finding all these tiny sized mpg files? Lots of them, and putting them in my Extra Found Files Folder? Wat are these? I didnt have these on my drive, is there something wrong?

No, nothing wrong. Sometimes R-Studio may find wrong files among Extra Found Files. That is why scanning for known file types (or raw file search) is a less reliable file recovery algorithm.
You may even try to preview those files. Most likely unsuccessfully. But don't worry, that does not affect chances for file recovery.

Ok it also had stills in a folder from Vids, all the frames, is that common? Are any of them files in Them folders important?

vob are remains of DVDs
txt are some text files

When scanning for known file types, R-Studio may find quite bizarre files. The best way to understand how much they are important is to preview them.
But files found in the main folders/files are better to recover, generally they are the original lost files.
