Hello-
I'm using version 6008 of the R-Drive Image software on a server and running unattended backup jobs backing up to a remote location. I am seeing these message every day for the past one week:
Execution log:

I see that the differential job gets created on the remote location. But I believe when the time comes to check the validity of the backup job, it fails. Is it because there is a bad sector or corrupted file in the C:drive?

Re: Error Checking an Image File
I think this line is the tell all. You've got bad sectors that can't be read by the program. Time to replace the drive and restore one of those images.dougs wrote: ! Read disk C: at position 1226833920 failed. Read from disk failed

That's right. BTW, was the "Ignore disk read errors (bad sectors)" cleared?Data-Medics wrote:I think this line is the tell all. You've got bad sectors that can't be read by the program.
