Where does R-STUDIO Agent save it's configuration file?

I used R-STUDIO Agent portable from a usb to recover files while the computer was on to create a disk image of it. The computer can't boot from usb so this is why I used R-Studio Agent. Is it possible that the configuration file overwrote some of the files and where is the configuration file stored?

In Registry, but the data is so small that it's highly unlikely it may have overwritten something.

Also what are the files created by R-STUDIO Agent on the Prefect folder?

R-Studio Agent doesn't write anything, except a very small data into the Registry and recovered files to the place the user has explicitly specified.
